Social Science Research

The Institute undertakes operations research in the management of development interventions. It is interested and active in developing and evaluating alternative management strategies and contributing to the development of skills for better management of Development Sector. It's specialization is in designing and implementing improved management based on well researched data. The Institute has already completed a number of research projects in Operational Research / Action Research, Base Line / Concurrent / End Line Evaluation, Diagnostic Studies, Impact Analysis and Health Systems Research.

Development Project Management

The Institute offers consultancy for project formulation, implementation, monitoring & evaluation of development projects.

Training & Development

Institute has specialized in capacity building of human resource engaged in development sector and also from corporate sector. Executive development training programmes are conducted and Training Need Assessment, Training Interventions, Performance Based Training of Trainers, Impact Evaluation are carried out by the Institute. It believes in providing Total Training solutions rather than imparting content oriented training.

Human Resource Development (HRD)

The Institute offers consultancy and training in OD Interventions, Recruitment & Selection, Manpower Assessment & Manpower Planning, Performance Appraisal, Total Quality Management (TQM) and Business Process Re ‑ engineering.

IEC & Development Communication Management

Studies in Communication Need Assessment, media planning & design, media reach & impact evaluation of development communication, Behavioural Change Communication are carried out. Our Institute goes beyond creating awareness and works towards designing appropriate communication to achieve change in behavior with the help of techniques of OD Interventions and participatory communication.
